Whilst our packages are always bespoke, there are elements of our services which are often of highest priority to our clients.
Many of the following will form the core of a typical property management package: 

PROPERTY REVIEWS

  • Regular visits allow us to take a proactive and pre-emptive approach to looking after your property and achieve the following:
  • Check on subcontractor work or for damages and to advise you of any necessary remedial work;
  • Ensure the terms and conditions of your second home insurance policy are fulfilled;
  • Confirm the property is secure and all security and alarm systems are functioning;
  • Help make certain the property is kept in top condition and maintenance work is undertaken in good time; and
  • Minimise the likelihood of any unexpected damages.

 

Whether it be the simple things like ensuring your property is secure, maintained and prepared for your arrival, or more personalised requirements, we can build a package to suit you. 

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULES & EMERGENCY SUPPLIERS

The creation of a maintenance schedule allows us to ensure the systems and machineries of the house are serviced and maintained in a timely manner. We create a list of approved and recommended suppliers for the upkeep and servicing of the vital systems of the property and the provision of emergency call out support. This can be drawn from contractors who have worked on the property, particularly where there has been a complex installation and knowledge can be carried forward; or we can draw from our list of known and trusted local suppliers.

REPAIRS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

On a more ad-hoc basis we can source, schedule and manage external contractors and suppliers for property repairs and one off projects as well as larger scale renovations.

KEYHOLDING

We offer various levels of key holding depending upon how frequently you visit your home, the size, location and complexity of your property and your personal requirements.

We think of ourselves as your local eyes and ears in the case of an emergency, a point of contact for your alarm monitoring service should it be triggered in your absence and a point of contact for concerned neighbours.

Water leaks, pests, alarms, or break-ins, we always aim to ensure no unforeseen mishaps occur. if they do and you are not at home, be reassured that a member of the Suffolk Property team familiar with your property will attend quickly, and ensure your property is safe and secure.

We also act as your trusted representative in order to escort third parties in and out of the property as required.
