FULL MANAGEMENT

£700 including VAT + £70 pcm inc VAT

  • The full LET & RENT COLLECTION package plus
  • Deal with all maintenance requests
  • Instruct and manage/oversee all Works carried out
  • Pay all Contractors
  • Right to Rent completed
  • Key Holding
  • Annual Rent Reviews
  • Check Annual Safety Certificates
  • Serve Notices
  • Handle Tenants notice to vacate
  • Complete end of Tenancy checks
  • Notify all Utilities of changes
  • Letting and any additional service fees are taken from the initial months rent where possible. Additional monthly fees from the rent
  • Full Management fees are taken from the monthly rent payments received from the tenant.
